By reserving and using our small pleasure boat rental service, you agree to the following terms. Bookings are confirmed once agreed with our team, and all guests must attend the safety briefing before departure and follow the guidance provided for safe operation, speed limits, right of way, and moorings throughout the hire period. The named hirer must be of the minimum age we specify, remain in charge of the boat at all times, and ensure that every passenger behaves responsibly and wears any equipment we recommend. Boats must be used only on permitted waterways and returned to the agreed point at the agreed time; late returns or unauthorised routes may incur additional charges. Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the vessel and its equipment, and any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may be chargeable. We may refuse or end a hire without refund where safety is compromised, where a person appears unfit to operate the boat, or where conduct endangers others. Availability can be affected by weather, water levels, maintenance, or events beyond our control, and in such cases we will offer a suitable alternative time or a refund of the affected booking where appropriate. Prices, deposits, and cancellation conditions are those stated at the time of booking, and personal belongings are brought aboard at the owner's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the rental, and nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
